1、Main purpose: in charge of organizing the training of Plant managing staffs, setting service net and accepting management.
2、Training task: mastering relative maintenance knowledge of PV plant after training, especially paying attention to actual practice, staff have abilities to independently operate、maintenance to ensure plant operation normally.
3、Training contents: bases for electrician、basic manipulation for village electrician、safety knowledge、principle of PV plant system、solar cell、battery、controller、inverter and diesel and so on.

5、Solar cell：Solar cell is a kind of semiconductor which has function of switching light to electricity, outputting direct current via incepting solar radiation light, is the basic elements of PV generator and also large part of investments in system. Ordinary solar cell is crystalline solar cell, can be divided in mono-crystalline silicon and poly- crystalline silicon.
6、Wind power generator：wind power generator is a kind machine of transit wind energy into electricity.
7、Diesel generator：diesel generator is assistant generator device of independent system.
8、Battery group：Battery groups play a important role in whole plant,firstly, independent village system can’t exist without battery that save energy, this is the importance of battery in PV plant; secondly, playing a role that adjust power and energy; thirdly, providing instantaneous current to load.
9、Controller：Controller is electronical equipment of controlling charge and discharge. We can avoid battery overcharge and over-discharge to protect normal operation of battery.
10、Controller：Controller is electronical equipment of transit direct current into alternating current, household can get AC from PV plant by controller.
