Asia Silicon (Qinghai) Co., Ltd is a high technology sino-foreign joint venture which is engaged in production and sell of high purity polysilicon material and complex utilization products of trichlorosilane and silicon tetrachloride. It was established in December of 2006 with registration capital of 50 million US dollar. The planned total annual output is 6,000 tons and the planned layout is 400,200 m2. The first period construction had be started in March of 2007 with the total area of 230115 m2 and total investment of 99.96 million US dollar. It is expected to put into production in 2008 with annual output of 1500 ton in the first period construction and sales reach to 0.78 billion CNY/year.
　　The advanced technology and equipment are adopted in the project with the features of stable operation, efficient consumption of raw material and low energy consumption. The collective and individual control system is used in the production line to conduct the real time monitoring and controlling with the purpose of long term, stable and safe operation.
　　The project is advantage industry which is encouraged by state and Qinghai Province government and had been listed as key industry project during Eleventh Five Year Planning Period. The successful implementation of the project could optimize the industrial structure, change the industry growing way, develop the characteristic industry, and push the new industrialization forward and development of high technology industry of Qinghai Province.
