Brief Introduction of SDDX
Qinghai New Energy Research Institute Co., Ltd successfully obtained bidding of Electrification Program in Unelectrified Area in the Western Provinces for 3 times from 2002 to 2003. It contracted electrification construction for 112 unelectrified townships of 23 counties, 1 city and 6 prefectures.
The total investment of this program is 373million CNY with the total installing capacity of 3943 KWp. The program had been separated into 2 periods. By the end of 2004, 110 PV power stations and 2 PV/wind hybrid power stations had been built. The program provides basic electricity for 55000 people from 15000 households of agriculture and husbandry area and 112 unelectrified townships or villages.
The implementation of the program promotes the economic development for the remote unelectrified area of Qinghai province and improves the living standard of people of agriculture and husbandry area. It plays a great role for fasten the development of civilization of local. From this program, people feel the caring and concern from State Government, so that it has great significance.
