Qinghai China Silicon Energy Co., Ltd was established in July of 2007. It is mainly engaged in R&D, production and sell of special materials like monosilicon, polysilicon as well as solar grade semiconductor parts. It is located in Xining Economy and Technology Development Zone with the total area of 106,720 m2.The company owns the complete and advanced experimental, test and production equipments and facilities. Currently, there are 64 monosilicon rod production equipments, 8 polyline cutting machines as well as several sever machines and tumbling bills, which could produce 6-8 inch solar grade monosilicon rod and wafer. The annual monosilicon output could reach to 1000 tons.
